Production Supervisor
Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Supervisors at our client site in Memphis, TN. As the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you will lead the Machine Support team to ensure production targets are achieved, quality standards are maintained, and continuous improvement initiatives are executed. Your leadership will directly influence safety, efficiency, and team engagement across the shift.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or production management. Hands-on experience with SMT and Thru-hole equipment. Familiarity with SPC, DFM, DFT, Demand Flow Technology, and DOE. Strong understanding of surface mount and final assembly engineering disciplines.
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in SAP and ETQ systems. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Expertise in lean manufacturing and logistics strategy. Proven success in change management and cost reduction initiatives. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Details :
