Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Engineers across North America
Define and execute the customer success strategy to drive retention, upsell, and customer advocacy
Design scalable processes and establish operational KPIs to enhance service delivery and efficiency
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with 8+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven ability to scale customer success functions in high-growth environments
Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve retention and growth targets
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
