Graphic Designer Location : Tempe, AZ

Pay Range : $20- 22 per hour

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. If you’re passionate about bringing ideas to life through visuals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can balance creative flair with compliance-driven precision, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Design, typeset, and lay out artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.

Create visuals for print, packaging, laser engraving, large-format graphics, and digital channels.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, the Creative Director, and other designers to translate project briefs into production-ready artwork.

Revise and refine concepts based on feedback to ensure consistency and quality.

Manage multiple projects with changing deadlines using tools like Asana or similar project management platforms.

Maintain brand integrity across all creative assets and communication materials.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (required for consideration).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and openness to feedback.

Experience with HTML / CSS, photography, video, or social media design is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).

Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible for a state-issued cannabis license.
