Key Responsibilities :
Engage in multidisciplinary team assessments of developmental status.Deliver direct developmental services and activities tailored for children aged 0-3 and their families.Collaborate on the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), focusing on personalized goals, objectives, and strategies.Document progress notes, reports, assessments, and other necessary correspondence.Provide individualized and group interventions addressing various developmental areas including cognitive, social-emotional, motor skills, and communication.Assess strengths, concerns, and progress of the child and family.Act as a service coordinator, ensuring timely and effective intervention plans.Support families in advocating for their child's developmental needs.Position Requirements :
Current Occupational Therapist licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions.Preferred experience with infants, toddlers, and their families.Understanding of family systems and early childhood development.Ability to build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and community partners.Commitment to culturally competent and individualized service delivery.Strong written and verbal communication, as well as organizational skills.Adherence to confidentiality and professional boundary standards.Proficient computer and documentation skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.No phone calls or recruiters, please.
