Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Harrisburg, SD

Location : Harrisburg, SD 57032

Salary : $40-50 / hr

Join our Harrisburg team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate and expert care directly to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
Administer diverse infusion therapies with precision and care.
Monitor patient responses closely, adapting care plans as required.
Maintain meticulous treatment records, adhering to healthcare standards.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Qualifications :

Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
Active SD nursing license.

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Willingness to travel locally.
Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
Dedication to serving the Harrisburg community.

Additional Information :

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
Schedule : Day shift, including weekends.
Pay : $40-50 / hr, based on experience.

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred).
