A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Advisor to manage clinical client portfolios and support health systems in achieving patient engagement and outcome success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical account management support throughout the customer journey, including client meetings and follow-ups
Offer clinical expertise to assist health systems in measuring and improving care plans based on evidence-based practices
Oversee implementations and ongoing clinical support while identifying areas for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in health system account or patient management with a focus on clinical strategy
Degree in a clinical care specialty (e.g., nursing, PT / OT)
Ability to lead discussions with clinical and executive stakeholders
Customer-centric approach with strong empathy and trust-building skills
Experience in leveraging clinical expertise and data for client success
