Project Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) team. The successful candidate will be solutions-oriented and possess the ability to work with our clients to execute and complete projects and manage accounts as assigned. This requires a strong ability to lead, manage, and take initiative while handling multiple aspects of different projects. This role is based out of our Erie, PA headquarters and will involve 50-60% travel to a variety of locations, with the ability to travel for extended periods preferred.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Internal orders management : arranging, managing, confirming transportation process for orders requested by Client's employees
- Warehouse transfers : arranging, managing, confirming transportation process for inventory management amongst the global Client's warehouses
- Travel to customer sites to oversee completion of projects.
- Warehouse invoice auditing, cost analysis for warehouses including US and Canada
- Inbound logistics forecast validation for NPI products
- B2C claims program management (check validation, claim filing, etc)
- Carrier transit time audits
- Cross functional work with warehouses, carriers, and external stakeholders
- Organize and lead a project team both on the phone and in person.
- Manage vendors and labor crews, always providing guidance and leadership.
- Manage and support clients and service providers on multiple projects.
- Utilizes established processes and procedures to track, manage, and complete projects within scope.
- Ability to work with and manage different client needs and personalities.
- Responsible for leading project team meetings to set the goals, review progress, problems, etc.
- Responsible for resolution of problems through appropriate channels.
- Problem solve and trouble shoot as things arise while maintaining client relations.
- Able to make decisions on your own that are in the best interest of our company and client.
- Constantly learn and educate yourself on system flow and process and be able to find information quickly as a result.
- Provides an after-project report to client daily and at the end of each project.
- Interacts with other project leaders, teams, and departments to meet delivery requirements.
- Works with project team for the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

High School diploma, College degree preferred.Experience with Excel, including pivot tables, basic formulas, VLOOKUP.Service industry experience is a plus particularly in industries where delighting the customer was central to your success.Preferred but not essential; A minimum of one year of related experience in project management.Experience in Warehousing, Inventory management, Procurement, or Logistics and Distribution is preferred but not essential.
