Job descriptionDental & vision plans 403(b) retirement plan and 401A pension after two years ~20 vacation days , plus sick and personal time Work for an organization that values employee development and internal promotions. Process and validate biweekly payroll for a large, multi-site workforce. Review and reconcile timecards; resolve missed punches and discrepancies. Manage payroll edits, garnishments, deductions, and special payments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues and support audits. 5+ years of payroll experience with large-scale or multi-site organizations. Proficiency in payroll systems (Paycom experience a plus) and strong Excel skills. Solid understanding of payroll compliance and best practices.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
