Role Highlights

Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensure consistent communication and progress tracking. Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance. Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations. In-office presence required. Flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience. State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing. Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence. Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives. Ability to work with and learn from top performers. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Training & Development

Provided FINRA sponsorship for required licensing. Comprehensive 120-day hands-on training. Access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning. Compensation & Benefits

$250-$1,000 sign-on payment after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations. After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Stable pay is based on a structured 40-hour workweek with $36,200 annually. In addition to Stable Pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus. Eligible financial professionals can participate in our comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), each subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program, as may be in effect from time to time.
