The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence, and nurture long-term loyalty. The Business Strategy Analyst will lead data, analytics, and reporting initiatives globally for the Field Enablement and Partner Strategy team within Microsoft's Security Customer Success Unit. This role is pivotal in enabling the organization's global field and partners to deliver world-class post-sales outcomes through strategic insights, operational telemetry, and scalable reporting systems.
You will work closely with leaders across skilling, technical skilling, partner strategy, and community and communications, as well as the broader business strategy team to understand data and reporting requirements across these disciplines to thereafter build and deliver reporting systems and insights that will inform business decision-making, strategic planning, and operational requirements for a variety of global initiatives designed to enable our customers to maximize the value of their Microsoft Security investments.

Business Strategy IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
