Senior Financial Analyst

ZGF is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Portland team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support, directly contributing to the firm's financial health and strategic direction.

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will

• Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
• Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain internal managerial reporting to support management and other internal stakeholders; identifies, designs and implements process improvements of reporting or financial modeling
• Support development of longer-term financial models with complex assumptions or relationships; coordinates with other departments to ensure model assumptions / outputs align across the organization.
• Prepare information to be presented to senior management.
• Present analysis and work products to stakeholders; may interact with external consultants to complete projects.
• Participate in digital transformation project transition to ERP system.
• Assist as requested with ad hoc projects for CFO, Director of Accounting and Finance, and Business Office managers.

Qualifications

Base Salary Range

$120,000 / yr - $140,000 / yr
