Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 3+ years' experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role Experience with injection molding and robotics (Fanuc required) Project management and SAP workflow experience Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD Automotive industry background preferred Experience with product launches and tooling development a plus Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, ISO / TS16949 standards Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills Full-time, onsite role Standard weekday schedule (Mon–Fri) with flexibility during project launches Comprehensive benefits package, including : Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) match Tuition reimbursement, Robust EAP services, Professional development opportunities
Overview
Manufacturing Engineer - South of Tupelo, MS
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to drive lasting improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity while working in a collaborative team environment. You'll play a key part in process development, tooling, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact plant performance. The successful candidate will thrive in a small town environment.
