Manufacturing Engineer - South of Tupelo, MS
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to drive lasting improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity while working in a collaborative team environment. You'll play a key part in process development, tooling, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact plant performance. The successful candidate will thrive in a small town environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field3+ years' experience in a similar manufacturing engineering roleExperience with injection molding and robotics (Fanuc required)Project management and SAP workflow experienceStrong proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCADAutomotive industry background preferredExperience with product launches and tooling development a plusKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, ISO / TS16949 standardsStrong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skillsSchedule & Benefits
