We are seeking for a Project Engineer to become an integral part of our team. The Project Engineer must work collaboratively with internal administrative / office personnel, external stakeholders, and union tradespeople in supporting and coordinating assigned construction activities to meet both project and company objectives.

Essential Duties :

• Preparation of work scope packages
• Change order estimating and development
• Project tracking and quality control
• Documentation and facilitation of problem solving using the RFI system
• Preparation of subcontractor bid packages, subcontracts, and purchase orders
