Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Act as a subject matter expert on product(s) or feature(s), collaborating with cross-functional partners to provide input in the product and feature development process, drive market analysis, and predict industry trends. Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans for regional or functional marketing teams, reviewing portfolios, prioritizing goals, and defining positioning strategies to engage target audiences. Drive the framework development and rollout of strategies for product marketing content across all channels. Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate quantitative and qualitative product or business metrics. Validate market size and opportunity (e.g., active users, revenue, market size, sales, growth, profit). Use expertise to identify market opportunities, build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions, and collaborate with relevant teams. Understand the product and target audience, develop product positioning, and execute go-to-market plans and messaging for new products and features. Develop user insights to help cross-functional teams and product partners incorporate user voice into product development and marketing strategies. Provide feedback on user experience improvements, manage in-product user experience, and promote user engagement. Drive product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategy using voice and user insights, adapting communications to specific product nuances and goals. Independently create marketing content, ensuring alignment with product strategy, and drive content iteration and design with cross-functional teams based on content standards, styles, and formats. Independently determine research needs, scope, manage, and guide user research by leveraging internal and external research partners. Drive and manage medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs and achieve team objectives and key results. Drive evaluation and analysis of campaign performance for optimization and determine optimal channels for user engagement. Must-Have Qualifications : Proficiency in product positioning Strong data analysis and synthesis skills Deep understanding of consumer behavior Demonstrated situational leadership abilities Expertise in campaign management Experience with marketing briefs Proven client / partner management and advising skills Strong brand management capabilities Extensive industry knowledge Exceptional storytelling abilities In-depth knowledge of go-to-market activities 5+ years of experience managing organic social programs within major brand environments or top-tier agencies. Demonstrated ability to lead content production workflows across owned and earned social-from strategy to creative execution and reporting. Deep platform knowledge of leading social media channels and how to create content that sparks community interaction. Experience working with creator / influencer talent and collaborating with external agencies to drive multi-channel campaigns. Strong understanding of how social performance connects to brand marketing objectives and business key performance indicators. Skilled in synthesizing insights and communicating them to matrixed, cross-functional teams. Comfort working within legal and brand review processes for high-visibility campaigns. Proficiency in standard office productivity suites and social analytics platforms. Strong understanding of social listening and rapid social response, effectively entering conversations on social and platform channels.
