A dynamic organization is seeking a seasoned Billing Supervisor to lead a high-performing billing team and drive operational excellence across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with deep billing expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for process improvement.
The selected candidate will oversee a team of 4–6 billing professionals, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while maintaining compliance and audit readiness. This position plays a critical role in optimizing billing workflows, enhancing system performance, and mentoring team members.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership : Supervise daily billing operations, manage workloads, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
Billing Accuracy : Monitor dashboards, validate data, and conduct invoice audits to ensure precision and compliance.
Process Optimization : Identify bottlenecks, implement automation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing workflows.
Reporting & Reconciliation : Lead month-end billing reviews, track KPIs, and align outputs with revenue recognition standards.
Training & Development : Drive training initiatives, support onboarding, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience : Minimum 7 years in billing, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Education : Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
Technical Skills :
Advanced Excel proficiency (including XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP).
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Exposure to Power BI dashboards is a strong plus.
Industry Knowledge : Experience with portal and equipment billing is highly desirable. Lien process understanding is a bonus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and integrity.

Pay Details : $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
