AI Engineer Team Lead

A company is looking for an AI Engineer and Team Lead to enhance its core product with innovative AI features.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the AI team, ensuring alignment across disciplines and balancing innovation with delivery

Design, build, and integrate AI-powered features into the product experience

Collaborate with product and design teams to identify meaningful AI enhancements for user workflows

Required Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in managing projects and teams from conception to product release

Experience developing and deploying AI or ML systems in production environments

Strong understanding of modern AI / ML techniques, particularly in NLP and generative models

Strong programming experience; familiarity with functional programming is a plus

Experience with APIs and frameworks related to AI, along with prompt engineering and model evaluation
