Position : Accounting & Finance Lead

This role supports Monticello's financial operations. You'll manage everything from daily entries to annual financial wraps, aiding in the mentorship of our talented accounting team.

Main Responsibilities :

• Keep and analyze standard cost records
• Scrutinize financial performance and trends
• Dissect variances in forecasts and budget
• Offer profitability and working capital insights
• Guide CAPEX investments and evaluations
• Develop the annual budget framework
• ERP-based transaction facilitation
• Encourage practices improvement
• Monthly financial closure and statement generation
• Generate and analyze financial reports
• Forecast and manage cash reserves
• Monitor and critique accounting systems
• Lead audit procedures
• Direct ad-hoc projects and pivotal reports
