Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Fiber Construction Team in managing multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent computer proficiency, and experience with purchase order coordination, vendor invoicing, and inventory management.
This role requires the ability to handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently while ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Fiber Construction Team with day-to-day project operations.
- Enter and update jobs in CRM systems; review logs and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate purchase orders, vendor invoicing, and close-out package reviews.
- Generate special reports for customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Assist with access arrangements for major projects.
- Prepare professional slide decks for Senior Management meetings.
- Manage facility operations, including supply inventory and purchasing.
- Take detailed meeting notes and distribute minutes to the team.
- Maintain logs for off-site personnel entering remote locations.
- Provide support on miscellaneous reports and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with Smartsheets (required) and CRM systems.Purchase order and vendor invoicing experience.Familiarity with JDE and Oracle is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
