Assistant Project Manager Project Engineer – Luxury Residential Construction

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer who shares our passion for detail design and collaboration. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that creates one-of-akind homes for discerning clients. The APM will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless communication meticulous documentation and an elevated experience for clients architects and trade partners.

What Youll Do

Support the Project Manager in the execution of high-end custom home projects

Coordinate subcontractors vendors and consultants with precision and professionalism

Maintain detailed project documentation : RFIs submittals change orders schedules

Use technology (especially Procore) to keep projects organized and transparent

Attend site visits capture progress and assist in translating design intent into reality

Uphold the standards of craftsmanship and service that define our work

What Were Looking For

2 years of experience in custom residential construction or related field

Strong technology skills Procore experience preferred

A keen eye for detail and appreciation for design and craftsmanship

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A proactive solutions-oriented mindset

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture or related field preferred
