Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join Sonatech, LLC in Santa Barbara California.

Job Description

This position is an opportunity to shape new products from scratch and improve existing ones. The candidate will work closely with customers to develop system concepts, technical requirements, and product specifications. Following, the candidate will lead the technical team throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects of projects.
• Generation of technical requirements and specifications, requirement management, compliance traceability and verification.
• Architecture development, interface definition, system modelling, algorithm development, data analysis, and trade studies.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Progress reporting to management and customer representatives.
• Support to systems integration and customer trial activities.
