Job Description : As a Petro Analyst Liaison, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between accounting and engineering teams, while also supporting finance, business development (BD), and land departments.
Responsibilities : Serve as a key point of contact between accounting, engineering, finance, BD, and land departments. Facilitate communication and coordination of tasks between different teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Provide analytical support for senior-level M&A, divestiture, land, and commercial business development projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions, and divestitures. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and financial models for senior management review. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role in finance and accounting, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Experience with M&A, divestiture, land management, and commercial business development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
