Payroll Specialist - Healthcare

Job Summary :

Senior Consultant Advisor, ERP Alma Arteaga is recruiting this position.

Our Healthcare client in Valhalla, NY is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations.

Contract : This is a 3-month contract to cover someone on FMLA.

ONSITE schedule : Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with automated staff scheduling and timekeeping systems
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Desired system knowledge : Paragon

Job Summary : Oversee the performance of the payroll in processing of all payroll responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

Other : experience processing payroll on Paragon. Knowledge of UKG a plus.
