Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

We’re looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney for our client, a Brooklyn-based law firm. This role is for someone who enjoys being in the courtroom and is comfortable handling their own caseload. Trial experience is a plus, as is a solid understanding of personal injury matters like motor vehicle accidents and slip & falls. The role is fully on-site, and Russian-speaking candidates are highly preferred.

What you’ll be doing :

Managing all phases of litigation : pleadings, motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Reviewing medical records, evaluating case value, and determining insurance coverage

Drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements

Making court appearances across all boroughs

Taking cases to verdict

What they’re looking for :

NY-barred and in good standing

5+ years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases

Comfortable in court and capable of trying cases

Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills

Russian-speaking candidates are strongly preferred

Additional info :

Attorneys receive a monthly bonus equal to 3% of attorney fees on any cases they settle
