• Process vendor invoices, match to POs, and ensure payments are accurate and timely
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks like posting payments and reconciling customer accounts
• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and journal entries
• Pitch in on reporting and special projects as needed
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to keep processes running smoothly
