Communication Manager Hybrid

The Communication and Development Manager for the Sisters of Providence Mother Joseph Administrative Center provides leadership and coordination for developing and managing the communication of the Providence Mission as lived out in Mother Joseph Administrative Center, in ministries and religious life, to various publics, to the media, to the Sisters of the Province and to the congregation-at-large. This position will work on site four days a week and remote one day a week.

Responsibilities

The description above outlines leadership and coordination responsibilities for developing and managing communications for the Providence Mission as lived out in the Mother Joseph Administrative Center, across ministries, religious life, media, the Sisters of the Province, and the congregation-at-large. This position will integrate communications efforts across on-site and remote work to support the organization\'s mission.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• 8 years of Professional experience in communications, public relations, development or related field, preferably in non-profit or religious community settings.
• Software experience with WordPress.
• Experience with social media, graphic design, video editing, and website publishing.
