Communication Manager Hybrid : The Communication and Development Manager for the Sisters of Providence Mother Joseph Administrative Center provides leadership and coordination for developing and managing the communications of the Providence Mission as lived out in Mother Joseph Administrative Center, in ministries and religious life, to various publics, to the media, to the Sisters of the Province and to the congregation-at-large. This position will work on site four days a week and remote one day a week.

Responsibilities

The role provides leadership and coordination for communications related to the Providence Mission across internal and external audiences, including ministries, religious life, media, the Sisters of the Province, and the congregation-at-large. It involves on-site collaboration and remote work coordination to support communications initiatives and messaging.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

8 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, development or related field, preferably in non-profit or religious community settings.

Software experience with WordPress.

Experience with social media, graphic design, video editing, and website publishing.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and French

The base pay range is listed; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
