Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Integration Specialist
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in a scientific, mathematical, or research-related field.
- Prior experience in clinical research or working with research stakeholders.
- Hands on technical experience configuring and deploying EDC systems
- Strong understanding of data validation and data migration.
- Experience with electronic data capture platforms (e.g., InForm, Medidata Rave, REDCap etc.).
- Proficient in SQL to support custom reporting requests and data work.
- Prior experience within a clinical research setting highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with InForm highly preferred (similar Oracle-based EDC platforms ok)Other EDC competitors : Medidata Rave, REDCap, Castor EDC, OpenClinica, Medrio EDC, Veeva EDCExposure to migrating or implementing new EDC systems.Understanding of clinical trial workflows and regulatory requirements.Previous experience capturing oncology dataJob Description
Insight Global is seeking an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Technical Resource to support a mission-critical electronic data capture (EDC) platform used for clinical research data management. This platform is central to capturing and managing data for hundreds of active clinical trials and internally sponsored research projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating specifications from research teams into technically sound implementations that result in accurate, compliant, and usable data outputs.
This role is essential in supporting reporting needs, managing technical releases, and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of clinical investigators.
Pay Rate : $50-60 / hr
