Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight : Lead and manage the construction of data centers
• Schedule Management : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Risk Evaluation : Analyze projects independently to evaluate the risk profiles
• Tenant Fit Out Integration : Work closely throughout design, construction, and commissioning
• Quality Assurance : Implement and oversee quality control processes
• Design Coordination : Collaborate with design teams
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Compliance : Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations
• Provide ongoing colocation provider evaluation input for continuous improvement
• Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
