Loco Pez Mexican taqueria restaurant and bar on the corner of 47th and Baltimore Ave, is hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our management team. We are looking for highly qualified, goal-driven individuals who share in our passion for simple, delicious, approachable Tex-Mex cuisine. Our menu is almost entirely scratch made using traditional Mexican recipes.
The Executive Chef is responsible for management of all kitchen functions including purchasing, cost control, preparation, sanitation, cleanliness, staffing, training, and maintaining standards of quality.
Qualifications :
The Executive Chef reports to Ownership.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Additional compensation includes health care benefits, vision & dental group coverage and paid time off.
