Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities : Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings (internal and external), and coordinate seamless communication. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive correspondencescalls, emails, visitorswith professionalism and discretion. Prepare high?level documents, reports, presentations, and briefings that support executive leadership. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, track action items, and ensure follow?through on tasks. Arrange travel (domestic & international), handle expense tracking, and support onboarding of new team members when needed. Anticipate the needs of leadership, jump in on special projects and initiatives, and take ownership of assigned tasks. Liaise with various departments and stakeholders, representing the executive office with credibility and reliability. Requirements 3+ years of high?level executive assistant or senior administrative support experience recommended. Excellent organizational, time?management, and problem?solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to compose and edit detail oriented materials. Comfort working with confidential information and complex task flows; able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace, and modern tech tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom). Detail oriented presence, confident interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent executive leadership. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
