Events & Programs Specialist (2 Full Time Positions) - Assisted Living and Memory Care Who are We? Location : Twin Towers , 5343 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224 Shifts Available : Assisted Living - Full Time - 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday (9am - 5 : 30pm) Memory Care Full Time Monday Friday (9am 5 : 30pm) Start and end time varying based on events & programs scheduled.

Some weekend and holiday work will be required for special events. Position Requirements :

• STNA certification preferred.
• 2 years of experience in social or recreational programming in a health care setting working with residents with Dementia preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated creativity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Here’s what you can expect :

To work with a variety of people who treat others with respect and compassion.

Here’s what you’re responsible for :

• Participates in planning and leads creative community events and programs of interest to residents and families.
• Organizes volunteers.
• Prepares activity assessments and MDS for each resident according to regulatory requirements and completes participation in Caretracker.
• Prepares progress notes per regulatory standards.
• Assists with arranging transportation to events, programs and field trips as necessary.
• Implements passive exercise and wellness programs on the nursing units.
