Key Responsibilities

Lead HR IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery

Partner with business and technical teams to define project requirements and develop project plans

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 5 years of experience managing HR IT projects in a corporate environment

Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Experience working with vendors and cross-functional technical teams
