About the Role :

This role is to partner closely with our Head of Partnerships and President to drive internal and external facing initiatives to drive growth, improve our partner and consumer experience, and increase efficiency .

You’ll work on initiatives such as :

Develop new high impact strategic partnerships with physician groups and health systems

Drive internal cross-functional execution to implement new partnerships; you’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Data and Insights, Operations, and Finance

Inform product strategy based on your insights of the consumer and doctor experience, uncovered through data analysis and direct partner and customer feedback

About You :

You have early career experience in consulting or investment banking and hands-on execution experience, ideally in a start-up environment

You’re energized by building and catalyzing growth initiatives

You thrive on building relationships quickly and earning trust, confidently presenting to audiences at all levels, from executives to frontline team members

You have a high capacity to learn and like to work fluidly, iterating in real-time

You can distill simplicity from complexity

What we Offer :

The starting anticipated base salary for this position is between $160,000 and $180,000.
