Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced Salesforce administration tasks and configure solutions to meet business needs
Provide hands-on development expertise and collaborate with architects for scalable solutions
Manage project roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of relevant technical or business work experience
Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
Salesforce Service Cloud Certification required; additional certifications are a plus
Experience with Salesforce integrations using tools like MuleSoft or APIs
