Job descriptionProven experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, preferably with restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage projects Adaptable, well-spoken, and driven with a "can-do" attitude Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with 4-8 month project durations Skilled in reading plans, managing schedules, and leading site teams Familiar with Procore or similar construction management platforms Ability to lead projects from $1M-$20M (most common : $2M-$10M) Food & beverage construction experience is a major plus Base Salary : $115,000-$135,000 depending on experience Annual Bonus : 20-25% of base salary Car Allowance : $500 / month (Senior Superintendents receive trucks) Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with match Opportunity to lead projects with immediate impact Support from a collaborative team of 7+ experienced Supers and PMs
Superintendent - Restaurant Projects - Bethesda, Maryland
The Superintendent - Restaurant Projects - Bethesda, Maryland will be responsible for :
- Lead one project at a time, managing all site activities from mobilization through close-out
- Maintain daily reports and logs using Procore
- Develop and update 3-week look-ahead schedules
- Manage field staff, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Oversee quality control, site safety, and project timelines
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Ensure projects are turned over efficiently and within the client's timeline expectations
- Train and mentor assistant superintendents or field engineers when assigned
