Superintendent - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro

The Superintendent - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro will :

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing delays or issues
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative site culture
