Superintendent - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro
The Superintendent - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro will :
- Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing delays or issues
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative site culture

8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or institutional projectsProven track record with projects in the $10M-$50M rangeBackground with reputable general contractorsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStable employment history-no frequent job changesOSHA 30 certification preferredThe Superintendent - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro will receive :
