Join our dynamic team as a Project Superintendent, where you will play a crucial role in managing the construction of a significant DOJ renovation project in Washington, DC. This role involves overseeing construction activities across multiple floors to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and end client to provide updates on project progress.
• Complete daily reports to track construction activities and progress.
• Assist general superintendents with ordering and logistics to support project needs.

Work Environment

Work onsite with a large construction team on one of the biggest interior projects in Washington, DC. The role offers the opportunity to engage in multiple projects ready for construction upon completion of the current project. This is a Contract position based out of Alexandria, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
