Key Responsibilities

• Lead Waterworks Projects Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases—from design to delivery—ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with zero compromises on quality.
• Drive Sales Growth Support PACE's sales initiatives by managing projects that streamline processes, boost customer engagement, and expand market share.
• Manage all phases of waterworks projects—from inception to completion—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding quality standards.
• Ensure seamless compliance with customer construction schedules.
• Oversee inventory management, shipments, QA procedures, and fulfillment of all customer requirements.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, handling order execution, fulfillment, and full account management to build lasting partnerships.
• Establish and nurture strong sales relationships with key accounts to boost engagement and market share.
• Direct project execution using PACE's proven methodology and established plans for consistent results.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to define project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform essential calculations.
• Integrate and oversee outside contractors, ensuring top-tier service standards and smooth project alignment.
• Provide hands-on support to contractors and project managers, guaranteeing materials are deployed exactly as planned.
