Job Description
The Compensation Analyst reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Under the direction of the Compensation Manager, the incumbent will interact with all levels within the system to support the compensation strategy, pay programs and policies, as well as, provide assistance in the delivery of compensation solutions. This position will also be involved in Total Rewards and Talent Programs, including : PTO Program; Physician Compensation; Metrics / Forecasting Budgetary Analytics.
Responsibilities :
Adjudicate salary change requests including transfers, demotions and promotions, by applying knowledge of NMHC policies and practices
Manage the process by which job descriptions are created, revised, reviewed and approved
Participate in and conduct salary surveys, completing market surveys and compiling data from published sources
Assist in the organization, tracking and payment of account payables (i.e. vendors and survey bills)
Responsibility for data integrity of all compensation and compensation-related materials
