Manufacturing Technician

Job Title : Manufacturing Technician Location : Tulsa , Oklahoma Monday thru Friday 6 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm Perform technical mechanical work using standard hand tools and inspection equipment. Operate equipment for sheet metal fabrication and structural assembly, including : Deburring, Routing, Polishing, Shear & Saw Operation Press Forming, Draw Forming, Brake Forming Stretch Forming, Roll Forming, Hot Forming Check & Straighten, Heat Treating Cross-train in assembly and machining to support workforce flexibility. Follow detailed work instructions, process sheets, and blueprints. Handle delicate aerospace components with care and precision. Conduct basic visual and dimensional inspections. Accurately complete documentation such as routers and inspection logs. Maintain clean and organized work area, following safety protocols. EDUCATION : High School diploma or GED required. EXPERIENCE : 2–5 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience. Experience operating fabrication tools and interpreting technical drawings. Demonstrated ability to perform technical fabrication and mechanical work. Strong measurement and mathematical skills, including algebra and geometry. Familiarity with aerospace materials, tolerances, and specifications. Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred. COMPUTER SKILLS : Proficiency with basic computer systems and Material Management software.
