Addison Group is partnering with a growing division of a national organization to hire a Division HR Coordinator to support their Tysons, VA office. This individual will serve as the sole HR representative on-site and act as a strategic partner to the Division President. If you're a well-rounded HR professional ready to take full ownership of the HR function at the local level, this is an outstanding opportunity.

The Division HR Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR functions while supporting long-term HR initiatives. This role is a trusted advisor to the local leadership team and serves as the go-to resource for all employee-related matters.

Key responsibilities include :

• Serve as the primary HR contact for 7580 employees in the division
• Handle the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll support, benefits inquiries, and timesheet reviews
• Conduct orientation and training for new hires
• Liaise between corporate HR and local office to implement HR policies
• Track and process promotions, performance actions, terminations, and organizational changes
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Partner with leadership to proactively address workforce needs and concerns
