\nResponsibilities :

\nProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

\nImplement and monitor patient care plans.

\nMonitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

\nServe as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

\nNote and carry out physician and nursing orders.

\nAssess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team

\nRequirements :

\nLicensure / Certification / Registration :

\nBLS Provider required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

\nRegistered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

\nEducation :

\nRequired professional licensure / certification AND 1-2 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

\nCardiac Cath Lab and IR experience strongly preferred.

\n
