Customer Support Specialist
Robert Half is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner for our Silver Spring client. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. This role becomes hybrid after training.
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues effectively.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer feedback.
Requirements :
2+ years in customer service or support role.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
