Service Desk Technician (Hybrid)

Position Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume IT support environment in Vienna, VA . This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who excel in customer service, have strong troubleshooting abilities, and thrive in environments that require quick thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
As part of the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) support team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for end users—delivering first-contact resolution, accurate ticket documentation, and timely escalation when needed. This role requires 10 onsite days per month and includes two weeks of onsite training.
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM EST
Hybrid Requirement : 10 days onsite per month
Training : 2 weeks onsite in Vienna, VA
