About the Role

The Managing Director - Transaction Advisory Services will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of deal advisory engagements, such as mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, due diligence, valuation and restructuring assignments. You will be responsible for originating new TAS mandates, cultivating strong relationships with private equity firms, strategic corporates, and board-level executives. You will manage multiple deal teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of financial, operational, tax, and commercial due diligence, and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. You’ll also coordinate cross-functional teams (tax, legal, operations) and serve as a lead client relationship manager, steering deal strategy, negotiation support, and post-merger integration advisory.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA) are highly preferred. You should have at least 15 years' experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance, including significant experience at senior leadership levels. Deep expertise is required in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, restructuring, and deal execution across multiple sectors. You must bring strong business development skills, a proven track record winning and managing large mandates, excellent stakeholder management, and executive presence. Ability to lead and mentor high-performing deal teams, drive thought leadership, and work under high pressure in dynamic environments is essential.
