Associate Manager Of Pricing

As an associate manager of pricing on the Commercial Lines Fleet and Specialty team, you'll produce rate level indications and pricing recommendations. In this role, you'll manage pricing-related rate revision activities and filings for multiple states. You'll also manage a team of three to five pricing analysts and provide employment decisions and development, manage performance, and plan compensation and rewards. Remote work allowed.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • A minimum 8 years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum 5 years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).

Preferred Skills

  • Prior P&C Pricing or Reserving experience
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis via SQL, R, and Python
  • Knowledge of basic data extraction techniques performed in SQL
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Compensation

  • $87,200 - $116,300 / year depending on position level
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance
