Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the planning coordination and execution of events ensuring each one reflects the high standards of Park 6 Logistic. This role requires excellent communication multitasking and organizational skills with a focus on delivering seamless event experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate and client events.
Support event setup scheduling and on-site management.
Collaborate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
Maintain event documentation timelines and budgets.
Provide administrative support including preparing materials and reports.
Anticipate potential issues and assist in developing proactive solutions.
