Were looking for a Member Service Representative to process accurate transactions for credit union members, and look for ways we can financially empower those we serve.
Location : Taos, NM
Full-Time : 40 hours per week
Schedule Varies : Mon - Thur 8 : 15 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Fri 8 : 15 to 6 : 00
Communication : Effective communication in Spanish preferred, but not required.
Preferred Experience : Cash handling and customer service.
Position involves receiving and processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments with great accuracy.
Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
Work involves personal contact with others inside and / or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Position can grow to include : Opening accounts, and processing loans, depending on experience.*
Starting Pay : $15 hourly
