Radiology Team Receptionist

Mercy Medical Center is looking for a receptionist to join our Radiology Team. The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

What you will do :

• Greeting patients and administering check-in and registration
• Preparing charts
• Answers multi-line phone and triages calls.
• Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
• Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments.
• Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment.
