Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with every customer every time by being a brand ambassador with positivity and enthusiasm
• Consistently provide quality beverages and food
• Have a clear knowledge of all inventory items and accurately communicate product information to customers by responding to questions, orders, and concerns
• Maintain a clean environment including cleaning the back of house, bar areas, and patios to contribute to a healthy environment for customers and employees
• Contribute to store profitability by following Verve's cash handling and register protocols
• Participate in training and development of new employees
• Work at different stations in the café as needed and assigned
• Follow all Verve policies, procedures, and processes
• Have a passion for coffee!
